Job summary

Internetwork Expert in Baltimore is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations across employee relations, benefits, compensation, and compliance. The ideal candidate will bring strong presentation and communication skills and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. The HR Generalist will support the HR Manager with daily tasks and assist with job descriptions and policies. We offer health and dental insurance, paid holidays, vacation, and 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years Human Resources experience.
• Degree in Human Resources preferred.
• Proficient in MS PowerPoint for presentations.
• Able to pass a standard background check.
• Knowledge of Employment laws
• SHRM-CP or PHR certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage benefits administration and annual carrier negotiations.
• Maintain employee records in HR and payroll system.
• Maintain and process employee performance reviews in HR system.
• Process multi-state Bi-weekly payroll in ADP Workforce Now.
• Assist with developing job descriptions and corporate policies.
• Partner with management to align HR objectives with company mission.
• Ensure compliance with HR laws, best practices and policies.
