Job summary

CRL Technologies is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations at our Lexington Park, MD facility. You will handle benefits, onboarding, offboarding, PTO, and HR data while backing up the HR Operations Manager and maintaining HRIS accuracy.

The role emphasizes vendor coordination, compliance tasks, and experience with a co-sourced vendor model. Federal-contractor HR exposure and certifications are a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required, with 3+ years of HR generalist experience across benefits, onboarding and HRIS.
• PHR or SHRM-CP certification is preferred.
• Federal-contractor HR experience is an advantage.
• Comfortable owning compliance-adjacent processes and coordinating vendors.

Responsibilities

• Administer day-to-day HR operations including benefits, STD support, onboarding/offboarding, PTO/leave and employee data.
• Serve as backup to the HR Operations Manager and maintain data integrity in HRIS.
• Manage the co-sourced compliance vendor relationship and CRL-side data ownership.
• Support compliance-related tasks and coordinate with internal teams.
