Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC in Washington, DC is seeking a Senior HR Generalist for a temporary assignment with the potential to go permanent.

You will lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple functions, partner with managers on performance, coaching and employee relations, manage full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, temporary staffing, and internships, and administer benefits, leave programs and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; HR certification preferred (SHRM or PHR).
• 10+ years of progressive HR generalist experience required.
• Strong experience with employee relations, performance management, recruiting, and HR operations.
• Experience administering benefits, leave programs, compensation, and compliance initiatives.
• Strong HRIS experience; Dayforce required.

Responsibilities

• Develop HR reporting and workforce analytics to support organizational decision-making.
• Support employee engagement, recognition, wellness, and learning and development initiatives.
• Drive process improvements and help ensure consistent, high-quality HR service delivery.

About The Job:

• Lead day-to-day HR operations across multiple functional areas, including employee relations, recruiting, onboarding, benefits, compliance, and workforce planning

About The Position:

Start Date: ASAP! Temp Pay: $33-$45/hr Permanent Salary: $90K-$115K (if converted) Metro accessible!
