Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of HR experience.
• 6+ years in HRBP/Generalist roles.
• Experience with HRIS and compliance.
• Strong communication with senior leadership.
• Remote work experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a dedicated HRBP to senior leaders, guiding workforce decisions.
• Lead employee relations, performance management, change management, and coaching.
• Investigate incidents, develop recommendations, determine next steps.
• Oversee ethics reporting and case resolution.
• Collaborate with legal on sensitive employment matters and contracts.
• Manage background checks and pre-employment reviews.
• Support acquisition integration and onboarding of leadership teams.
• Monitor HR metrics and trends to inform decisions.
• Review offers for accuracy and maintain pay equity.
• Guide leave, disability, and interactive process matters.
