Job summary

Honor Technology seeks a senior HRBP leader to advance organizational design, manager capability, and workforce analytics across a multi-state US workforce. You will lead HRBPs, nurture employee relations, and partner with Talent Acquisition to refine hiring criteria and interview practices.

As the fully-remote HQ team expands, you will own risk management and compliance, build scalable HR solutions, and coach leadership to drive business outcomes in a growth-stage environment.

Qualifications

• 10–12+ years of HR experience in senior HRBP or leadership roles.
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Experience supporting mixed workforces (knowledge workers and operations/field staff).
• Fluency in multi-state US employment law and wage/hour complexity.
• Experience in growth-stage or rapidly scaling companies.
• Proven track record in organizational design and building manager capability.
• Strong analytical skills with HR data to drive outcomes.
• Ability to communicate complex ideas through clear, structured written narratives.

Responsibilities

• Raise manager and leadership quality through coaching infrastructure and succession planning.
• Drive organizational effectiveness by partnering on organizational design and change management.
• Build scalable people solutions using HR data and workforce analytics to identify systemic patterns.
• Own employee relations and risk management for the fully-remote HQ team, ensuring multi-state compliance.
• Lead and develop a small team of HRBPs, establishing operating principles and playbooks.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to improve hiring criteria and structured interview practices.
