Ramp is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Employee Lifecycle Data to own the employee data behind HR processes as Ramp migrates to Workday. You will keep Workday data accurate, structure it for downstream systems, and ensure data flows correctly through integrations.

You’ll design reconciliation and error reporting to scale with Ramp’s growth. You will start before go-live, establishing processes for day-one data changes, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure data quality across the employee

Qualifikationen

• Highly detail-oriented with strong data discipline.
• Experience with HRIS/Workday data preferred.
