Offering a salary range of $110,000 to $140,000, with benefits including medical, dental, and generous PTO. This position is onsite and full-time.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years in HR or Recruitment roles.
• Experience in manufacturing, hospitality, or gig employment preferred.
• Familiarity with employment laws like FLSA and ADA.
• Experience in conducting internal audits and risk assessments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR policies ensuring compliance.
• Conduct regular audits of HR Compliance practices.
• Create training programs on compliance policies.
• Manage daily tasks of HR Compliance team.
• Advise leadership on compliance risks.
