Job summary

The role translates employment laws and company policies into scalable processes, tools, workflows, and leader guidance, partnering with Legal, HR leadership, and business leaders to ensure compliant, consistent HR practices. The Senior Manager owns audit routines, policy governance, onboarding and recruitment compliance, I-9/E-Verify, wage and hour readiness, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Legal or related field; advanced degree or HR certification preferred.
• 8+ years in HR compliance, policy governance, audits, or related practice.
• Experience leading programs across multiple sites/states and with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR compliance programs, governance, and service standards across brands and jurisdictions.
• Partner with Legal, HR leadership, and business units to ensure compliant HR practices.
• Oversee onboarding, recruitment compliance, pay transparency, I-9/E-Verify, wage and hour, and recordkeeping.
• Align HR policies, playbooks, and training with federal, state, and local requirements.
• Develop and deliver compliance training, tools, and change management support.
• Monitor regulatory changes and drive rollout of updates across states.
