Job summary

OnTrac is seeking a Manager of Compliance to lead daily compliance operations, oversee staff, and drive efficient workflows across the department. The role requires budgeting, scheduling, and performance coaching to adapt to evolving business needs.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years in compliance, with strong analytical and leadership skills. The position offers a robust benefits package and inclusion in OnTrac’s equal opportunity

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably including supervisory experience.
• Solid understanding of compliance procedures, policies, and workflows.
• Financial literacy to manage budgets and evaluate team ROI.
• Ability to lead a team of professionals and provide effective performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and streamline departmental procedures, systems, and information flow to maximize efficiency.
• Manage the departmental budget and allocate resources effectively and responsibly.
• Implement processes and policies that support efficient service delivery and adapt to changing needs.
• Establish performance goals and service targets for staff, and drive continuous improvement.
• Use data analytics to measure activity, assess results, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Hire, manage, schedule, and develop teams, including coaching and evaluations.
