Unum in the United States is seeking a Tier 2 HR Service Delivery professional to provide case management support across the hire-to-retire life cycle. You will triage complex inquiries, apply HR policies, and collaborate with HR partners to ensure accurate, timely resolutions.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 3-5+ years' experience in HR or equivalent relevant experience.
• 1+ years of successful selection experience preferred
• Knowledge of HR industry terminology, technology, research, and practice, including laws and regulations.
• Strong consulting skills to influence others, develop relationships, and deliver client results.
• Proven experience in managing complex HR processes with scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Independently triages and resolves complex cases, provides continuous status updates, and ensures accurate and timely case resolution and documentation.
• Applies expertise of HR resources, processes, and SOPs to lifecycle cases; collaborates for alignment and knowledge sharing.
• Exercises judgment when interpreting policies, processes, programs, and regulations.
• Conducts on-demand interview reviews and evaluations to select high-quality candidates for multi-incumbent roles.
• Meet recruiting selection goals to support business results.
• Delivers a positive, professional, customer-oriented experience with attention to detail and resourcefulness.
• Performs data analysis from case management system to identify trends and risks and recommend self-service improvements.
• Revises end user content, policies, programs, or procedures within the employee lifecycle.
