Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s in HR, Business, or related field preferred.
• 1–2 years HR, employee-services, administrative case-management, or employee-relations support experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 and ability to learn HRIS and case-management systems.

Responsibilities

• Process Tier 2 HR cases using ONE HR procedures; provide guidance on common HR processes.
• Gather facts and records; prepare objective case summaries for routine investigations or compliance matters.
• Support routine employment actions, status changes, and standard HR transactions.
• Maintain complete case notes, due dates, status updates, and supporting documents.
