Zusammenfassung

Unum Group seeks a Tier 2 HR service delivery professional to provide case management across the hire-to-retire life cycle. The role requires consultation, critical thinking, and sound judgment to resolve complex inquiries with accurate documentation and timely updates.

You will work across functions to improve the employee experience and operational efficiency, while handling sensitive information and ensuring compliance with applicable policies and procedures.

Qualifikationen

• Undergraduate degree preferred.
• 3–5+ years’ experience in HR or equivalent relevant experience.
• Knowledge of HR terminology, technology, and federal/state/local laws/regulations.
• Experience in HR 'help desk' or similar support is a plus.
• Strong consulting, relationship-building, and client-delivery skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex HR processes and scalable solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency in Workday and ServiceNow.

• Independently triages and resolves complex HR cases with ongoing status updates.
• Escalates inquiries to HR Tier 3 (COE) as needed.
• Applies HR policies, processes, and procedures to life-cycle scenarios.
• Collaborates with stakeholders; identifies opportunities to improve employee experience and efficiency.
• Interprets policies and makes sound decisions.
• Performs candidate screening and data analysis to support recruitment goals.
• Delivers professional, customer-oriented service with attention to detail.
• Ensures data integrity and timely entry into HR systems.
