Bouygues Construction Group is seeking an HR Business Partner to lead HR operations for the US and Canada from Miami. You will partner with managers and senior stakeholders to drive people initiatives, ensure compliance, and support mobility across North America.

You will oversee payroll, employee relations, performance management and talent development while collaborating with the Area HR Director to align HR priorities with business objectives.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience in an international environment.
• Experience supporting multiple locations in US/Canada and mobility.

Mansioni

• Lead HR operations across US and Canada, reporting to the Area HR Director.
• Oversee full employee lifecycle for project teams in US/Canada.
• Advise on employee relations, performance, talent, mobility, and compliance.
• Drive annual HR processes: salary reviews, talent reviews, succession planning.
• Oversee payroll and NA HR administration for CBNA and BCC.
