Job summary

AXA XL in the Americas seeks a Senior Human Resources Business Partner to lead a regional HR Advisory team across the U.S., Bermuda and Canada, translating global HR strategies into local execution and shaping talent management.

You’ll partner with Global HRBPs and Centers of Excellence, drive high‑impact people solutions, and coach leaders on employee relations, performance, and development in a fast‑paced, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business or related field.
• Experience leading regional HR teams across multiple countries.
• Expertise in employee relations, performance management and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a regional HR Advisory team supporting the Americas (US, Bermuda, Canada).
• Provide strategic guidance on employee relations, performance and organizational challenges.
• Drive consistency in HR practices with Global HRBPs and regional HR leaders.
• Translate global HR strategies into effective local execution across the Americas.
• Partner with Centers of Excellence to implement policies and training as needed.
• Leverage data and automation to improve HR processes and decision making.
