Job summary

Banyan Software is seeking a Human Resources Group Leader (HRBP) to partner with senior leaders across North America. This remote role supports leadership teams across multiple entities, shaping HR strategy and delivering scalable HR solutions.

The ideal candidate brings 10+ years in HR, 7+ years as an HRBP, and strong expertise in compensation, talent development, and employment law. A certification is preferred; Google Workspace and HRIS experience are assets.

Qualifications

10+ years of progressive HR experience in a multi‑state US environment.
HR certification (SPHR/PHR/SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) strongly preferred.
Broad knowledge across compensation, talent management, organizational development, employee relations, and employment law.
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution across HR functions.
Proven success navigating complexity in a fast‑paced, evolving organization.

Responsibilities

Partner with business leaders across Banyan HQ and North American Operating Companies to deliver strategic HR support aligned with business goals.
Support M&A activity within the region, including HR due diligence and post‑acquisition integration.
Translate business priorities into workforce planning, organizational design, and talent development initiatives.
Serve as a trusted advisor on employee relations, leadership coaching, and cultural alignment.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, policies, and data privacy; mitigate HR risks.
