VusionGroup SA in the Americas is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner to align people strategies with business priorities across Canada, the United States, and Mexico. You will partner with leaders to drive organizational performance, manage talent, and lead change initiatives in a fast-growing, global company.

The role combines hands-on HR execution with strategic advising, including workforce planning, employee relations, onboarding, compensation, and succession planning.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience.
• Experience as HR Business Partner supporting leaders.
• Experience across Canada, the United States and Mexico.
• Proven success leading organizational design, restructures and change initiatives.
• Experience managing employee relations and performance coaching.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders across the Americas to align people strategies with business priorities.
• Coach managers on leadership, performance, engagement, and talent development.
• Lead organizational design, workforce planning, and change management initiatives.
