Placements24 is seeking a strategic HR Business Partner with a focus on Organisational Development to join our client’s team in East London. The role centers on boosting organizational effectiveness, guiding change initiatives, and fostering continuous improvement and employee development.

You will collaborate with leaders to design and implement solutions that address structural challenges and build future capabilities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Organisational Development or as an HR Business Partner with an OD focus.
• Proven success in leading complex change initiatives and driving organisational effectiveness.
• Strong understanding of OD methodologies, talent management, and employee engagement strategies.
• Excellent facilitation, consulting, and stakeholder management skills.
• A relevant degree in Human Resources, Organisational Psychology, or a related field.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to assess organizational needs and design effective structures and processes.
• Lead and manage change management initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and employee buy-in.
• Develop and implement talent development programs, including leadership training and succession planning.
• Facilitate team effectiveness workshops and support cultural transformation efforts.
