Job summary

Vensure Employer Solutions is seeking a Senior HR Business Partner to deliver customized HR services, ensure regulatory compliance, and mentor HRBPs. You will advise on federal and state requirements and develop HR deliverables for multiple clients, maintaining strong relationships and a high standard of service.

Role requires 5+ years HR experience, knowledge of HRIS/payroll, and willingness to travel. Strong communication, ethics, and leadership abilities are essential to drive client success

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Experience with HRIS and payroll platforms; PRISM and PEO experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver customized HR services and ensure client compliance with federal/state laws.
• Consult with clients to develop and monitor HR deliverables and policies.
• Coach and mentor other HR business partners and teams.
