Humani HR is seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to support a portfolio of clients with strategic HR guidance and hands-on HR support across employee relations, compliance, compensation, programs and payroll processing.

You will partner with C‑suite level executives, lead initiatives from strategy to execution, and manage several accounts with customized, high-impact solutions in a fast-paced consulting environment.

Formación

• 7+ years of progressive, client-facing HR experience.
• Excellent knowledge of U.S. employment law across multiple states (NY & CA preferred).
• Experience managing payroll operations and union-related considerations preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients, including C‑Suite executives with confidence and executive presence.
• Lead HR initiatives from strategy through execution including policy, compliance, compensation, HRIS, audits, recruitment, performance management and payroll oversight.
• Manage multiple client accounts with tailored, high-impact solutions.
• Build strong, lasting client relationships that drive Humani’s continued success.
