This role will primarily manage employee benefits programs, oversee immigration processes, and administer employee leave programs. Candidates should possess 5–10 years of HR experience, strong technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. Qualifications

• 5–10 years of HR experience with expertise in benefits, immigration, and leave administration.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws (FMLA, ADA, ERISA, ACA, COBRA, HIPAA, etc.).
• Experience managing U.S. immigration processes.

Responsibilities

• Administer employee benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Act as liaison for work authorization and visa applications.
• Manage employee leave programs and ensure compliance with laws.
