Job summary

Bellwether Staffing in Boston, MA seeks a Benefits & Compensation HR Business Partner for a hybrid role (2 days in-office, 3 days remote). You will split time 50/50 between benefits/wellbeing and compensation, partnering with leaders, HR, Finance, Legal, and vendors to run competitive, compliant reward programs.

Base salary $120,000–$130,000 with bonus and comprehensive benefits. Local candidates only; sponsorship not available; US citizenship or green card required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 7+ years in US compensation and benefits.
• Strong knowledge of compensation design, salary structures, and benchmarking.
• Experience with incentive programs and benefits administration.
• Analytical skills with advanced Excel and data-driven decision making.
• Vendor management experience and ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and enhance US compensation, benefits, and wellbeing programs.
• Advise on US compensation and benefits matters including hiring, promotions, and retention.
• Lead annual compensation processes, salary reviews, incentives, and benchmarking.
• Maintain job architecture, salary structures, and leveling for equity.
• Provide market insights to business leaders and manage reward projects and vendors.
• Ensure compliance with ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and FMLA.
