Job summary

Innovas is seeking a strategic, hands-on Senior HR Manager to build and scale people programs across HR functions in a remote, national US context. You will own onboarding, workforce planning, performance, HRIS, DEI, total rewards, analytics, and compliance, partnering with leadership to drive culture and employee experience.

You will report to the VP of Human Resources and collaborate across teams to support growth, employee development, and policy implementation in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with hands-on ownership
• Built HR programs from ground up in startup/high-growth environments
• Deep generalist experience across core HR disciplines

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding design and scaling aligned with culture and values
• Develop and implement learning and development programs
• Manage employee relations, investigations, and compliance
• Design policies, processes, and programs for HR operations and analytics
• Partner with managers to strengthen leadership and performance management
