Job summary

RaceTrac is seeking an analytics leader to drive HR reporting and governance. You will design Workday reports, build dashboards, and translate complex data into actionable insights for HR partners and centers of excellence.

You will manage data workflows, ensure data quality, and collaborate with HR, Compliance, IT, and Enterprise Analytics to meet evolving reporting needs. Travel to office quarterly may be required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience influencing HR analytics and reporting strategies in a complex, cross-functional environment.
• Deep technical expertise in Workday reporting, including advanced calculated fields and dashboards.
• Experience with data governance, data quality, and regulatory compliance in HR analytics.

• Design and implement HR analytics reports and dashboards to guide business decisions.
• Manage data workflows ensuring accurate capture, transformation, and governance of HR data.
