Job summary

The Heritage Group in the United States is seeking a Senior HR Reporting Analyst to design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards across Workday and Power BI. You will translate complex HR data into actionable insights that support decision-making across THG's family of companies.

You will mentor other report writers, contribute to governance and standards, and evaluate new analytics tools including AI features to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy within HRSS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IS, or data analytics or equivalent.
• 5+ years in HR reporting/analytics; 3+ years with Workday Report Writer.
• Experience building Power BI reports and dashboards.
• Preferred: Tableau, Alteryx, and Workday PRISM familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain reports and dashboards across Workday and Power BI.
• Translate business needs into accurate, actionable reporting outputs.
• Ensure data accuracy, governance, and quality across HR reporting outputs.
• Mentor other report writers and contribute to reporting standards.
• Collaborate with HRIS, Systems Architect, and stakeholders on reporting roadmaps.
• Evaluate new analytics tools and implement AI-enhanced reporting where appropriate.
