Job summary

The Heritage Group seeks a Senior HR Reporting Analyst to design, build, and maintain HR reporting outputs across Workday, PRISM, and Power BI. This role combines advanced analytics with business acumen and data quality discipline, partnering with HRIS leadership and stakeholders to deliver accurate, sustainable solutions.

You will mentor other report writers, contribute to governance, and help evolve the reporting library and tool roadmap, including evaluating AI-assisted analytics as needs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in HR, IS, Data/Analytics or related field.
5+ years in HR reporting and analytics.
3+ years hands-on with Workday Report Writer (calculated fields, composite reports, matrices).
Experience building Power BI dashboards/reports.
Preferred experience with Tableau or Alteryx and evaluating new tools.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and optimize HR reporting and dashboards (Workday, PRISM, Power BI).
Ensure data accuracy, governance, and documentation for reports.
Mentor other analysts and contribute to reporting standards and tool roadmap.
Collaborate with HRIS, Systems Architect, and stakeholders to translate requests into actionable outputs.
