Job summary

Veolia North America is seeking a Senior HR Data & Reporting Analyst to gather, structure, and analyze data across HR systems, building reliable reports and dashboards for senior leadership. You will partner with HR and other functions to ensure data accuracy, governance, and actionable insights.

You will design HR data models, lead reports development using Power BI and Workday/PRISM analytics, and mentor junior staff while driving process improvements and data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, analysis, HR preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years experience in analysis, business analyst, research experience or related required.

Responsibilities

• Gather, structure, and analyze data from multiple sources, presenting findings to senior leadership.
• Independently build reliable, accurate reports of high complexity for data research and audits.
• Design, develop, and manage reports and dashboards for HR metrics and governance.
• Lead collaboration with technical staff on report/dashboard design for leadership.
• Identify data gaps and work with stakeholders to implement solutions.
• Research and troubleshoot complex data issues to ensure data quality.
• Mentor new/junior team members and drive analytics capability.
• Collaborate with business partners on project requests, prioritization and delivery.
• Monitor key metrics to determine when further analysis is needed.
• Ensure data models accurately represent business processes and data requirements.
