Job summary

Veolia North America seeks an HRIS Business Systems Analyst to support HR systems, troubleshoot defects, configure, report, test, and develop system specifications from the end user perspective.

The role includes requirements analysis, data mapping, QA for configurations, conversions and upgrades, and cross-functional collaboration. It is a hybrid position based in Downtown Milwaukee with occasional travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years' technical experience with HR processes, especially payroll, or equivalent.
• Experience with HCM and timekeeping configurations preferred.
• Workday HRIS implementation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Documents and analyzes requirements and supports development lifecycle from end user perspective.
• Designs configuration and QA process for HR system solutions and processes.
• Assists with system conversions, upgrades, data conversion/mapping, and testing.
