Job summary

Danone North America seeks a Senior Specialist, Workforce Analytics & Reporting to lead advanced analytics across North America. You will design and maintain Power BI dashboards, data models, and KPI reporting, while guiding data integration, governance, and automation.

The role requires 6+ years in workforce analytics or BI, strong SQL, and Dayforce/ServiceNow experience, plus superb stakeholder communication. This is a hybrid role with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; 6+ years in Workforce Analytics or BI.
• Advanced Power BI, DAX, Power Query; strong SQL and data modeling.
• Experience with Dayforce, ServiceNow, and HRIS reporting environments.
• Knowledge of ETL, data integration, governance, and reporting automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Own data integration, ETL processes, and reporting automation across HR systems.
• Manage ServiceNow tickets and ensure high service levels and data quality.
• Collaborate with HR, IT, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor teammates on technical delivery, governance, and best practices.
