Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Senior Specialist, Workforce Analytics & Reporting to lead advanced analytics, reporting, and BI solutions across North America. You will be the hands-on technical lead for reporting architecture, dashboards, data integration, governance, and automation, partnering with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

The role demands strong technical delivery, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights, while guiding the team

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, data analytics, statistics, or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• 6+ years in Workforce Analytics, HR technology, business intelligence, or enterprise reporting.
• Advanced hands-on expertise developing Power BI dashboards, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query.
• Strong SQL knowledge with large, complex enterprise datasets.
• Experience with Dayforce, ServiceNow, and HRIS reporting environments.
• Experience designing ETL processes, data integrations, reporting automation, and enterprise reporting architecture.
• Solid understanding of workforce analytics, HR metrics, KPI development, governance, and data visualization best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as technical SME and hands-on lead for workforce analytics and reporting across North America.
• Manage and resolve daily ServiceNow ticket requests for analytics, dashboards, data, and system issues.
• Design, develop, maintain, and improve Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and executive reports.
• Lead the development of reporting platforms supporting Dayforce, Founda, and HR technologies.
• Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting automation solutions.
• Develop and maintain complex data integration, transformation, reconciliation, and validation processes.
• Troubleshoot complex data, reporting, and system issues; identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Ensure data integrity, governance, reconciliation, and standardized reporting controls.
• Lead automation and continuous improvement to reduce manual work and improve analytics.
• Support recurring and ad hoc reporting needs, including executive dashboards and workforce scorecards.
• Own reporting initiatives from requirements through design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Partner with HR, IT, and stakeholders to translate needs into scalable technical solutions.
