Veolia is seeking a Senior HR Data & Reporting Analyst in Milwaukee, WI to support HR analytics and reporting needs. This role involves gathering and analyzing data to create complex HR reports and dashboards.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree in a related field and at least 5 years of experience in business analysis or HR analytics. Position Purpose:
In this role, the Senior HR Data & Reporting Analyst is responsible for gathering, structuring, and analyzing data to support Veolia’s HR analytics and reporting needs. This role supports the development and automation of complex HR data reports, analyses, and dashboards leveraging report software from multiple systems. This position will collaborate primarily with HR but also across business functions to manage reporting, analyze trends in data, and make recommendations to the leadership team, in order to drive strategic decisions or satisfy business requirements.
The Sr. HR Data & Reporting Analyst possesses very strong technical skills, builds and manages project plans, ensures adherence to project schedules, maintains a data orientation and can work effectively with peers to set technology priorities. This position also serves as a lead point‑of‑contact for assigned functional areas and assists subject matter experts with data audits, ensuring data accuracy and integrity, report writing, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and other technical projects as assigned. The Sr. HR Data & Reporting Analyst designs and maintains HR data models that support organizational needs and align with data governance policies and industry standards.
