Job summary

Danone North America is seeking a Senior Specialist, Workforce Analytics & Reporting for North America based in White Plains, NY. The role focuses on delivering advanced analytics, BI dashboards, data integration, governance, and reporting automation.

You will lead Power BI development, design scalable data models, manage HR data sources, and partner with HR and IT to translate requirements into technical solutions that inform strategic workforce decisions. Hybrid work arrangement supported.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred
6+ years in Workforce Analytics, HR Tech or BI
Advanced Power BI, semantic models, DAX, and Power Query
Strong SQL and experience with large enterprise datasets
Experience with Dayforce, ServiceNow, HRIS reporting
Knowledge of ETL, data integration and governance

Responsibilities

Serve as technical SME and hands-on lead for Workforce Analytics across North America.
Manage and resolve daily ServiceNow ticket requests with high service levels.
Design, develop, and improve Power BI dashboards, semantic models, KPIs, and executive reporting.
Lead development of reporting platforms supporting Dayforce, Founda, and HR technologies.
Design and optimize data models, ETL processes, and reporting automation.
Ensure data integrity and governance through standardized controls and validation.
Provide technical guidance and mentor team members on Power BI and data modeling.
