Jabil is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to transform HR data into actionable insights at the Florence, KY campus with on-site or hybrid options and about 10% travel to the site. Responsibilities include building dashboards, enabling data-driven HR programs, and partnering with HR leaders to drive workforce strategies.

The role requires 5+ years in HR data analysis, strong SQL and BI skills, and experience with HRIS platforms.

Formación

• 5+ years in HR data analysis or BI role.
• Experience with R or Python for predictive analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Tableau, Power BI, and MS Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from multiple systems.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards on headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, and retention.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities and provide actionable insights.
• Create data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Partner with HR teams and business leaders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement through data analysis and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with company policies and data privacy requirements.
• Collaborate with IT and other teams to improve data quality, system integrations, and reporting processes.
• Support the implementation and enhancement of HR technology and analytics tools.
• Respond to ad hoc reporting requests and provide analytical support for HR projects and strategic initiatives.
