Aquarius Staffing seeks a Senior HR Data Analyst to join our growing team in Florence, KY. This role focuses on collecting and validating HR data, building dashboards and reports, and delivering actionable insights to guide HR and business decisions.

You will partner with HR leaders to understand reporting needs, ensure data quality, and support workforce planning and engagement initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Analytics, Statistics, CS or related quantitative field; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in HR data analysis or BI with focus on HR data.
• Experience with statistical analysis software (R, Python) for predictive analytics.
• Strong proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Excel).
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction and analysis.
• Experience with HRIS (Workday, UKG, etc.).
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect, validate, and maintain HR data from HRIS, payroll, timekeeping and other sources.
• Develop dashboards, reports, and scorecards showing headcount, turnover, hiring, attendance, retention.
• Analyze workforce data to identify trends, risks, opportunities; provide actionable insights.
• Create clear data visualizations and presentations for HR leaders and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and business leaders to deliver data-driven solutions.
• Support workforce planning, talent management, and employee engagement through analytics.
• Ensure data accuracy, privacy, and compliance with policies.
• Collaborate with IT to improve data quality, integrations, and reporting processes.
• Support HR tech implementations and analytics tools.
