Job summary

CAI is seeking a Senior HR Data Analyst to lead complex HR reporting, analytics, and dashboard development. This project-based, remote role will leverage advanced Excel, Power BI, and automation tools to transform manual processes and deliver scalable, accurate insights for leadership.

The ideal candidate brings 8+ years in data analytics, a strong eye for detail, and experience documenting workflows. This contract position offers remote work with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, MIS, Statistics or related field.
8+ years of data analytics, reporting, automation, and process improvement experience.
Advanced proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros, data manipulation).
Experience building dashboards and data visualizations with Power BI or similar tools.
Experience applying AI/automation to improve data analysis and reporting.
Demonstrated ability to simplify and automate manual reporting processes.

Responsibilities

Maintain HR reporting, manipulate and format complex datasets with advanced Excel.
Transform and optimize HR reporting processes for automation.
Develop dashboards and data visualizations to reveal trends and insights for leadership.
Utilize Power BI, Excel and other tools to translate data into clear information.
Improve efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability of reporting and processes.
Create and maintain detailed process documentation and update as workflows change.
Work independently in a project-based environment managing multiple priorities.
