Job summary

The Hartford is seeking a Senior HR Analytics Consultant to shape and deliver next-generation HR reporting capabilities. This role blends hands-on analytics with business consulting to translate questions into scalable solutions for HR leaders, including Workday reporting and self-service dashboards.

You will partner with senior stakeholders, lead discovery, and apply a product-minded approach to deliver incremental value, embracing AI, data governance, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Analytics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Technology, or HR.
• Strong report-building using Workday or similar platforms.
• Experience with Tableau or similar visualization tools.
• Experience with data warehouses (Snowflake) preferred.
• Experience delivering BI solutions in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with HR leaders to translate challenges into reporting and analytics solutions.
• Lead discovery conversations to clarify business needs and decisions.
• Apply an iterative product mindset to prioritize increments and roadmaps.
• Design, develop, and maintain Workday reporting solutions and dashboards.
• Develop Tableau dashboards and analytics capabilities with technical teams.
• Expand self-service reporting and simplify processes.
• Explore AI and Copilot to improve productivity and insights.
