Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; advanced analytics preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in learning analytics, measurement or related analytics.
• Experience with multiple data sources and enterprise reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Enterprise Learning measurement and analytics strategy.
• Establish KPIs, standards and methodologies across the learning portfolio.
• Integrate learning, assessments, surveys, skills, workforce and performance data.
• Move beyond participation to adoption, proficiency, behavior and impact.
• Develop dashboards, scorecards and executive insights to inform decisions.
