Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in analytics, business, technology, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in data analysis, digital analytics, or related disciplines.
• Experience leading analytics initiatives and mentoring analysts.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data storytelling skills.
• Advanced SQL skills with large datasets.
• Experience with Snowflake, Tableau, GA4.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to influence without authority and collaborate across teams.
• Experience in Agile environments with multiple priorities.
• Insurance or financial services experience is a plus; familiarity with AI-enabled analytics capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex data and analytics initiatives translating business needs into scalable, data‑driven solutions.
• Serve as the primary analytics partner and trusted advisor for assigned business domains.
• Define requirements, KPIs, and analytical solutions that drive informed decision‑making.
• Perform advanced analytics, data profiling, data discovery, SQL querying, omnichannel analysis, and AI traffic analysis.
• Oversee delivery of complex analyses, reporting, dashboards, scorecards, and executive insights.
• Lead work intake, prioritization, capacity planning, and delivery coordination across teams.
• Drive data governance, data quality, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate on AI First analytical initiatives and cross‑functional programs.
• Mentor analysts through coaching, reviews, and best‑practice guidance.
• Maintain domain expertise while supporting strategic cross‑functional initiatives.
