Job summary

Dev is seeking a Manager of HR Data & Reporting Analytics in Stamford, CT. You will lead data extraction from data warehouses, analyze trends, and deliver data-driven insights to business users for both permanent and ad hoc requests.

You will partner with management to prioritize reporting needs, build dashboards in Tableau/Excel, and ensure data integrity across HR systems. This role requires strong communication, stakeholder management, and analytical thinking.
