Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with daily operations and regulatory compliance.
• Support leasing activities, show units, and process applications.
• Maintain compliant resident and applicant files and manage the waitlist.
• Track rent payments, delinquencies, and postings; prepare notices as needed.
• Coordinate with residents, vendors, and external partners to ensure smooth operations.
