Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager in leasing, accounting and staff oversight. The role will occasionally require evenings and weekends. A motivated candidate will be cross-trained on OneSite and capable of processing invoices and rent-roll reporting.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, LIHTC/ tax credit experience, and strong verbal and written communication skills. Prior assistant manager experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent; basic office administration and mathematics.
• At least two years of tax credit experience.
• LIHTC experience.
• One year of OneSite experience preferred.
• One year of assistant manager experience preferred.
• Some weekend work possible.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with leasing, accounting and staff management.
• In the Property Manager’s absence, assume all responsibilities of the Property Manager.
• Be familiar and cross-trained on the OneSite rent-roll accounting system; post monies, generate reports, process invoices.
