Job summary

Integrated Real Estate Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Property Manager with leasing, accounting, and staff oversight. The role requires familiarity with OneSite and a willingness to work evenings and weekends.

Prior LIHTC experience and a strong grasp of tax credit processes are important. As a trusted back-up, you will assume Property Manager responsibilities during their absence and help maintain accurate files and records for compliance and efficiency across our senior

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; basic office administration and mathematics.
• At least two years of LIHTC tax credit experience.
• LIHTC experience.
• One year of OneSite experience preferred.
• One year of assistant manager experience preferred.
• Some weekend work possible.
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Property Manager with leasing, accounting, and staff management.
• In the Property Manager's absence, assume all responsibilities of the Property Manager.
• Be cross-trained on the OneSite rent-roll accounting system to perform, instruct, and correct functions; post monies, run reports, and process invoices.
• Serve as back-up and perform Leasing Associate duties as described in the company job description.
