Presbyterian Villages of Michigan is seeking a Housing Administrator responsible for supervising Village operations, directing staff, and managing financial health. The role requires RN certification and a nursing-related degree, with experience in property management and senior housing preferred.

You will oversee budgets, ensure compliance with regulations, and work with the Board on strategic initiatives while maintaining occupancy and tenant satisfaction. Evening/weekend hours may be required.

Qualificações

• RN certification required or licensure
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing, gerontology, or related field preferred
• Experience in property management is essential
• Experience in affordable or senior housing is preferred
• Finance and budgeting experience is necessary

Responsabilidades

• Oversee operations, maintenance, administration, and improvement of the Village
• Supervise staff including hiring, training, scheduling, and disciplinary actions
• Prepare and administer the Village budget and monitor budgetary performance
• Monitor financial health through payables, receivables and expenses and enforce policies
• Meet with prospective tenants to explain occupancy terms and community information
• Ensure compliance with state, regulatory, labor and legal requirements
• Develop and monitor operating policies and procedures
• Engage with the Board to shape strategic direction and long-range plans
