Presbyterian Villages of Michigan seeks a Housing Administrator to oversee daily operations, financial performance, staffing and resident relations across a Village. You will lead budgeting, regulatory compliance, occupancy management, and safety programs in a senior housing setting.

This role partners with the Board and senior leadership to set priorities, develop policies and marketing strategies, ensure high resident satisfaction, and maintain fiscal stability.

Qualificações

• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, gerontology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing, market-rate housing, or senior housing.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with housing management software.

Position Summary:

The Housing Administrator is responsible for overseeing the daily operations, financial performance, staffing, and overall management of the Village. This position provides leadership in budgeting, employee supervision, resident relations, property maintenance, regulatory compliance, and occupancy management. The Administrator develops and implements operational policies, marketing strategies, and initiatives to maintain financial stability, resident satisfaction, and occupancy goals. Additionally, the position collaborates with the Board and senior leadership to establish strategic priorities, ensure regulatory compliance, and support the Village’s long-term success.

Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

• Education: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure required. Bachelor's degree in nursing, gerontology, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience may be considered.
• Experience: Minimum of five years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing, market-rate housing, or senior housing. Experience working with older adults, financial management, and budgeting preferred.
• Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with experience using housing management software.
• Licensure: Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• Availability: Must be flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed and be available on-call for emergencies.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to perform routine handling and fingering tasks and lift or carry up to 10 pounds.
• Work Environment: Primarily a standard office environment.
