Job summary

Presbyterian Villages of Michigan is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for the Redford Michigan community. You will lead maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping teams, plan projects, and ensure readiness for inspections, including REAC/NSPIRE standards.

The role requires 6+ years in maintenance and 1+ year of supervisory experience, with a valid driver’s license. Prior senior housing exposure and HUD inspection familiarity are a plus.

Qualifications

• 6+ years maintenance technician experience and 1+ years of managerial experience.
• Experience in senior housing and HUD REAC/NSPIRE inspections is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, groundskeeping, and housekeeping staff.
• Plan and implement maintenance and facility projects and initiatives.
• Ensure maintenance policies and procedures support quality inspections.
• Coordinate and oversee repairs, installations, and preventive maintenance.
• Schedule work, manage labor hours, and monitor department expenditures.
• Maintain safety training and ensure safe operating practices.
