Responsibilities

• Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance staff.

• Monitor employees' work levels and review performance.
• Counsel employees and help address skill deficiencies.
• Process payroll records and employee paperwork.
• Maintain grounds for safety and appearance.
• Arrange worker training in safety and maintenance techniques.
• Oversee repairs, maintenance, and installation of equipment and systems.
• Inspect machine and utility systems and assess repair needs.
• Develop methods to minimize costs and improve staffing efficiency.
