Presbyterian Villages of Michigan seeks a Housing Administrator to oversee daily operations, financial performance, staffing and resident relations across a Village. You will lead budgeting, regulatory compliance, occupancy management, and safety programs in a senior housing setting.

This role partners with the Board and senior leadership to set priorities, develop policies and marketing strategies, ensure high resident satisfaction, and maintain fiscal stability.

Formación

• RN licensure required.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing, gerontology, or related field preferred.
• Minimum of five years of property management experience, preferably in affordable housing, market-rate housing, or senior housing.
• Experience with budgeting and financial management.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook; experience with housing management software.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee daily operations of the Village and ensure financial performance.
• Provide leadership in staffing, resident relations, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage occupancy goals and property maintenance; coordinate safety programs.
• Develop and implement operational policies, marketing strategies, and initiatives.
• Collaborate with the Board and senior leadership to set strategic priorities and long-term success.
