Port Gamble S’Klallam Housing Authority seeks an experienced Finance Manager to oversee all accounting functions, payroll, and LIHTC project accounting. You will prepare budgets, run month-end closes, and provide financials to the Executive Director, board, and state agencies.

The role requires leadership of the housing accounting team, accuracy in GAAP reporting, and collaboration with grants and budgeting staff. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and an AA is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred for leadership in finance.
• AA Degree required in an accounting related field is required.
• GAAP knowledge is essential for accurate reporting.
• Experience leading accounting staff and managing payroll, accounts payable, and LIHTC projects is needed.

Responsabilités

• Direct and supervise accounting staff, including Accounts Payable Clerk.
• Manage payroll processing, benefits, and tax reporting.
• Oversee LIHTC project accounting, including cash flow, AR, and GL.
• Prepare and review financial reports for state, tribal, and federal agencies.
