HumanGood is seeking a Senior Asset Manager to independently manage LIHTC and HUD communities under supervision. The role focuses on long-term financial and physical well-being, compliance, and portfolio performance across assigned properties.

The position is full-time and remote, requiring presence in CA, OR, WA, DE, or PA. Candidates should have 6+ years in affordable housing, 4+ years LIHTC experience, and a finance-related BA (MA preferred). Benefits and a strong team await.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Affordable Housing.
• 4+ years of experience with LIHTC funding.
• 4+ years of experience in Affordable Housing asset management.
• BA degree in finance, public administration, business, or related field (MA preferred).

Responsibilities

• Strategic Asset & Financial Management: maximize portfolio value and cash flow.
• Compliance, Reporting & Stakeholder Management: manage compliance reporting with lenders and regulators.
• Development & Property Performance: support transitions from Development to Operations and oversee property performance.
• Leadership & Special Projects: mentor Asset Managers and lead special portfolio initiatives.
