The position is full-time, exempt, with hybrid work (3-4 days in office) at the corporate office in Saint Paul, MN. A Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field is required along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field is required.
• 8+ years of accounting and finance experience in affordable housing.
• Advanced knowledge of GAAP and federal and state tax laws.
• Experience with Microsoft applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property accounting across the organization.
• Ensure compliance with tax and accounting regulations.
• Prepare and file financial statements accurately and timely.
• Provide data-driven reports to leadership and support budgeting.
