Job summary

Caesars Palace in Las Vegas is seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to oversee daily operations and ensure guest rooms and public areas meet the highest cleanliness standards. You will lead a team of 16–20 staff, coach performance, and coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to support smooth hotel operations.

The ideal candidate has prior supervisory experience in housekeeping, strong English communication, and a professional appearance.

Qualifications

• Previous supervisory experience is required.
• Knowledge of Housekeeping operation is necessary.
• Knowledge of computers and typing skills are essential.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Must maintain a neat and professional appearance.
• Flexible to work various shifts and at multiple properties; bilingual abilities preferred.
• Knowledge of collective bargaining agreements preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support housekeeping Team Members to meet cleanliness and quality standards.
• Supervise daily staff performance and address performance concerns when necessary.
• Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop team members while fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Coordinate with Front Desk and other departments to communicate room status updates and support hotel operations.
• Promote a safe work environment by identifying and addressing safety concerns, equipment issues, and maintenance needs.
